We have met too many people who are not happy with their websites.  With some of them, their reasons are justified.  We’ve met people who have spent between 3500-8000 on a website that doesn’t do much but look pretty.

With these websites, it’s pretty easy to determine the reasons for being unsatisfied.  However, there are a some websites where we noticed that being unsatisfied had nothing to do with how the website looked.  Their websites looked smashing: perfect color scheme, elegant design and yet they were unsatisfied.
