Web analytics is the collection, analysis and reporting of website data for the purpose of understanding and optimizing web usage. It is a tool for measuring website traffic.
Bounce Rate is the percentage of initial visitors to a site who “bounce” away to a different site, rather than continue on to other pages within the same site.

Conversion Rate is the ratio of visitors who convert casual views into desired actions
Churn rate refers to the proportion of contractual customers or subscribers who leave a supplier during a given time period
