Differentiation refers to your ability to separate yourself and your service from that of your competitors. This is the advantage that you have over your competitors in the same marketplace – the unique and special benefits that no one else can give your customer.
Let’s say you’re a life coach. Let’s say there are two candidates I am choosing from. Both equally as good, but I am only choosing one.
