One-on-One Training on How to Update Content	We train you on how to make changes and add content to your site. We teach you how to Back Up your content so that you are protected from data loss. Never ever lose content again either because you wiped it or your host had a server crash.
SEO Keywords	Your keywords are given to you during your One-On-One Training. We explain how you use it. Your SEO success depends on it.
On-Page SEO Implemented	We encode your keywords into your website in all the pertinent places. During your One-On-One Training, you learn why.
Website Art	We create, edit and alter any piece of digital art that goes on your site. We We use whatever art you want us to use. We provide art if you don’t have it.
30-day Support after Go-Live	After we train you, and if you forget how to do something, you can call us and we will help you. Good for 30 days after your site is published. After 30 days, if you have any minor questions that can be handled through our contact form, we will answer it.

What Else is Included:

We will create all the required additional accounts for all the extra features (emails, Mail Chimp, Live Chat, Google Analytics, etc.) for you.
We handle all the technical details, including migrating your domain if necessary.
We give you all the files and login credentials we created for you, as well as your keywords at the end of the project.
We do not ask you for your PayPal password. We use a test account for setting up the shopping cart.

What is Not Included:

Shopping Cart Limitations: You must provide us with all product art, descriptions and product copy and pricing. Limit of up to 10 products.
Regarding Training: We include One-on-One training for updating your site, the proper use of your SEO keywords, and a brief introduction to Google Analytics. No other training is included.

Regarding SEO: We do not guarantee you #1 placement on the Google Search engine. We cannot, in good faith, claim that. SEO is a competitive field, with thousands of deep pockets competing for a limited playing field. However, since we look for rare keywords and long tail keywords in your content, you will have a very good chance Day One. If you haven’t read our Special Report: The 5 Essentials of a Kick-Ass Website, please read the section on SEO. This report should give you a better idea of how you should handle SEO if you are doing it yourself.

Regarding Updating Content: We will teach you the basics of updating your content. We do not, however, train you in HTML, CSS or any of the geeky technical stuff. We want you to be able to maintain your site with the least amount of complications.

Updates After Go-Live: We will not make any code changes or content changes to your site after Go-Live. So make sure when we scope out the project that by the time we turn on the switch that you’ve got everything you need. Again, we handle the details on this.

Follow Up Support:

Any support needed after the 30-day Support Period, we can consult for an hourly fee. We are currently designing monthly support package so you can get whatever level of support you need – that includes content writing, additional design and programming. — Coming Soon –
